Flower Children

Andrew and Olivia are channeling their inner flower child in these tye dye outfits. They are now out of their newborn outfits and have entered the world of three to six months. Way to catch up guys! -Mom

Hello Mr. Moose

This guy came wandering right by the house and then took up residence in the field between our house and the road. He just hung out for about twelve hours before moving on. Cars were stopping and taking pictures. Apparently he even made the news.

Grandpas meet the babies

Grandpa Jim and Grampy Wayne both finally get to meet the kiddos on separate occasions.

They were both a bit out of practice, but they picked it back up quickly. They both made themselves scarce when it was time for a diaper change.

Round 2 with Dr. Lee

Round two begins with Olivia showing some impressive gains, weighing in at 8lbs even. Not to be out done, Andrew weighed in at 9lbs 6oz.

Tummy Time

Olivia seems to enjoy her tummy time.

Round 1 with Dr. Lee

On Wednesday, we got eveyone all bundled up for the first trip to the pediatrician, Dr. Lee.

In the first corner, weighing in at 6 lbs, 4 oz, Olivia ("Sweet Angel") Divine.

And in the second corner, weighing in at a whopping 7 lbs, 11 oz, Andrew ("don't call me late for dinner") Divine.

The twins first trip to the doctor was, thankfully, uneventful. Both kiddos were surprisingly calm and quiet. Barely a peep from either of them the whole time we were there. We were pleased to learn that Olivia had gained 1 lb and 3 oz since birth, until we found out Andrew had gained a full 2 lbs.

Home at last!

Andrew and Olivia are finally able to come home. Happy day! Today, at exactly three weeks old, they were both cleared to go home from the hospital. We loaded them in their car seats and brought them home to their new nursery. I hope they like frogs and dragon flies.

This is one of the nicer days we've had in weeks. They were just waiting for some of the snow to melt before coming home.
