Father's Day

We got to surprise Papa Jim on Father's Day by having Drew and Liv show up on his doorstep with balloons. I think he was happy to see Dave and I with them!:) We had a wonderful afternoon at the park with Papa and Aunt Amanda!

Grammy's 60th Birthday!

Grammy Lucy came to visit us and we got to celebrate her 60th birhtday with her! The kiddos could not stop saying Happy Birthday to her. I like to think that was the best present we could give her two enthusiastic two year olds with untold energy singing to her, crawling all over her and basically wanting Grammy's attention all day:) We love you Grammy!

Sundays

The boundries have been recently divided in our Stake and we our now in a new ward. The kiddos are getting used to a new nursery and miss their Sister Moons!

Summertime

Andrew and Liv have been having a great time this summer playing at the parks, riding the carousel and learning how to ride their trikes!

Easter

We had a small gathering for Easter that included an Easter hunt and BBQ. Once we pointed out a couple of eggs to the kiddos they were off and were even more excited when they saw stickers in the eggs. The photo of them hugging makes me smile because right after it was taken Liv body slammed Drew to the ground. Luckily they thought it was hysterical!

We are 2!

Drew and Liv turned 2 on January 11. Yes, I am that late in posting photos! We had a great time exploring Mobius. The kiddos enjoyed building rivers and manuvering the digger the most. I still hear about the trip to Mobius four months later. Thankfully, we will be going back for a friends birthday party!

Playing In The Snow!

Andrew and Olivia enjoying the first snow fall of the season. Actually, Andrew did not know if he liked the cold, wet substance falling on his face but towards the end he wanted to throw snowballs while Olivia wanted to catch the snow.

Trip To Hawaii Continued

While we were touring the island of Kaui we came upon a plantation called Tara. The plantation is owned by the producer who filmed 7 days and 7 nights with Harrison Ford on the island. He liked the area so much he purchased 721 acres of land that he calls Tara I had to step out and get my picture taken. There are also some picutres of our stay on Oahu at the polynisian culture center, pearl harbor and the first picture is the view from our hotel room. Thank you Grandma Kay and Grandpa Jim for watching the kiddos! We are truly blessed to be able to call you our mom, dad, grandparents and in-laws!

Trip To Hawaii

Dave surprised me on my birthday last year with ticket to Hawaii! We took the vacation early this month and had a fantastic time. Here are some pictures of our stay on Kaui. What a beautiful place! The photos that look like the Grand Canyon is a place called Waimea Valley (taken from our helicopter tour) and the ones seen from the boat are of the Na Pali Coast a stretch of the island that can only be seen by air or by sea.

Picking Out Pumpkins

We had a great time picking out pumpkins at Green Bluff. Last year we went on the weekend and it seemed the whole population of Spokane was there. This year Dave thought it would be worth it for him to take a half day off. I am grateful he did because not only did we see a lot less people we also got to have a fun afternoon with Dad.
