Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve we enjoyed a nice dinner with Grandma and Grandpa Divine. Grammie and PaPa Wayne were unable to come because Grammie had a no good, very bad, evil cold and was ordered to stay home by her Dr. We missed you Idaho Grandma and Grandpa!
Kiddos making cupcakes for Baby Jesus.
Two weeks ago I was talking with the kiddos about Christmas and how it is a celebration of Jesus' birth. Liv felt that since we were celebrating His birthday we should make Him cupcakes. I thought that was a wonderful idea. I think this will be a new tradition in our home. Please enjoy the video clip of the kiddos singing Happy Birthday to Baby Jesus.

Drew and Liv liked their Christmas Eve presents and immediately wanted to put them on. Here they are posing in the PJ's right before bed.

Santa has arrived at the Divine home!

Visiting Great Grandma

Earlier this month we were able to go visit Great Grandma Ida! The kiddos did awesome on the 12 hour drive there and 12 hour drive back (thank heavens for DVD players:)) They sure do love their Great Grandma. The last two weeks all I have heard is, "when are we going to see Great Grandma!"

Family Photos

This years family photos went better than last years. Last year they were the grumpiest they had been up to that point. This year they were excited to smile for Miss Jaidean:) I thought that having photos taken with Grandparents would be fun and a great keepsake for years to come.

*(Uncle Aaron please note the single shot of Liv, mischevious smile, charm and sass.... she is definately your niece!)

Finger Painting

Yesterday, I decided our summer days were limited so why not spend the morning outside finger painting. Andrew and Liv had a great time painting the paper, the grass and of course themselves!

Visiting Great Grandma and Grandpa

While on our visit to Idaho we stopped by Bear Lake to visit the Moldenhauer clan. We had a great time seeing everyone and missed those that were unable to be there. I feel blessed to call these individuals my family!

Liv's Surgery

Liv had a successful surgery this summer. Her word throughout the hospital stay was, "no!" I can't blame the girl for having an opinion, I just wish it wasn't stated with such spunk!

Andrew in Heaven!

We went to visit Grammy and Papa this summer and Papa suprised Drew by contacting a friend with a back hoe. Here is Drew in heaven. He was so excited! He coould not stop jumping up and down. Thank you Mr. Brian for making one little boys summer!

25 Year of Friendship and Counting

Kate, Lil, mom and I were able to spend a weekend this summer being silly as we celebrated 25 years of friendship. Kate and I met January 1985. She offered a shy girl (me) a seat on the bus and a sisterhood that I truly treasure. I love ya Kate

Father's Day

We got to surprise Papa Jim on Father's Day by having Drew and Liv show up on his doorstep with balloons. I think he was happy to see Dave and I with them!:) We had a wonderful afternoon at the park with Papa and Aunt Amanda!

Grammy's 60th Birthday!

Grammy Lucy came to visit us and we got to celebrate her 60th birhtday with her! The kiddos could not stop saying Happy Birthday to her. I like to think that was the best present we could give her two enthusiastic two year olds with untold energy singing to her, crawling all over her and basically wanting Grammy's attention all day:) We love you Grammy!
